Collection: Brochet-Dolet

Brochet-Dolet is a family-owned and operated champagne producer located in Écueil, a charming village at the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The winemaker Claude Brochet comes from a family of grape growers stretching back five generations. In 1990 Claude inherited his own portion of the family vineyards and established his own label.

Brochet-Dolet own 5 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards comprising the three classic champenois varieties: Pinot Noir (60%), Pinot Meunier (30%) and Chardonnay (10%). Family traditions and knowledge, combined with a deep respect for the environment, inform their viticulture and winemaking. Claude and his son Mathias are directly involved in the vineyards to ensure low yields of high quality fruit. They oversee vinification at the well-regarded winemaking cooperative in Écueil; blending, bottling, maturation and dosage take place at the Brochet-Dolet cellars.
