Collection: Domaine Isabelle Doudet

Established in the 1930s by Marcel Doudet, Domaine Isabelle Doudet is a third-generation family estate located in the heart of Savigny-lès-Beaune. Today it is owned and operated by Isabelle Doudet, who originally trained as the legal professional and certified notraire, before returning to her passion for viticulture and winemaking. She obtained a diploma as an oenologist at the Jules Guyot University Institute in Dijon, before taking over all the vinification work from her father in the late 2000s.

Domaine Isabelle Doudet owns 13 hectares vineyard in the Cote D’Or, including Premier and Grand Cru sites in Aloxe-Corton, Beaune and Pernand Vergelesses. In the vineyard Isabelle prioritize the protection of the land and nature, adopting sustainable viticultural practices that combine careful observation in the vineyard and precision viticulture technologies to ensure each terroir within the vineyard is managed according to its specific needs. Vinification takes place at the traditional winery and caves in Savigny-lès-Beaune, where the wines undergo extended fermentations followed by maturation in French oak barrels. Isabelle's goal is to produce wines that reflect the unique characteristics of each vintage and site and enable them to evolve favourably over time.
