Domaine Assailly-Leclaire et Fils is a family-owned champagne producers located in Avize, a Grand Cru commune the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Founded in 1899, this estate embraces the traditions, knowledge and innovations passed down through the generations to produce classic blanc de blancs characterised by freshness and elegance. Today, brothers Pascal and Vincent oversee production under the watchful eye of their father, Christian. Working together they manage their 11-hectare estate, planted exclusively to Chardonnay. Marrying modern techniques with traditional methods, they vinify blends from different years to make unique wines with richness, complexity and balance.
