La Rosita NV

This gorgeous pink fizz from garnacha is an original Spanish sparkling wine hand crafted by Scottish winemaker Pamela Geddes. 

La Rosita has a delicate coral pink colour with a fruit driven nose layered with hints of nougat and biroche. Wild strawberry and rosehip dominate the palate, balanced with pops of spice, fresh acidity and a creamy mousse. 

This sparkling wine is producted by the traditional method - the same process used in Champagne - whereby the base wine is made bubbly by a second fermenation in bottle.
