Bicheret Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature 2018

A refined, vintage Blancs de Noirs composed entirely of Pinot Noir from the Bicheret vineyard, characterized by clay-limestone soils on the Kimmeridigen bank in the Côte des Bar. Fermented and aged in oak prior to tirage, this wine is aged for at least 3 years on lees and has a dosage of 0g/l. 

Pale gold in the galss with glints of rose. The nose reveals notes of ripe strawberries, cherries and violets embellished with notes of vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is richly layered, with a core of cherry and brichoe centred balanced with a seam of bright acidity and a persisent, creamy mousse. The finish is long with lingering notes of toast and marzipan.
